Welcome to our little corner of Pakistan in Dorking. Our founder, Shaz Khan, has been cooking with heart and heritage for over 30 years. Raised in both Karachi and Lahore, he grew up surrounded by the vibrant culture and bold flavours of Pakistani cuisine.
